West Sixth IPA, 7.0% India Pale Ale has Citrus as the obvious star. The grain bill has bready, biscuit, and caramel notes. Our selection of these four hops bring citrus, floral and pine. Over the backbone of bready malt and pine stickiness you will find notes of peaches, lemon zest, danky grassiness, pine needles, and tangerines. Each sip is followed by a dangerously drinkable amount of resinous glamour. HOPS: Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Columbus. MALT: 2-Row, Caramel, Honey Malt, Flaked Barle
