Veggies Burrito  – A vegan Mediterranean wrap, made with slices of sauteed mushroom, carrots, yellow squash, green squash, onions, bell peppers, garlic and olives with fluffy rice, fresh tomato salsa (Pico de Gallo), shredded cheese, and red chili sauce, wrapped as a burrito in a flour tortilla.
