Tibs Catering – offers a variety of catering packages featuring one-third, half, or full pans of freshly sautéed meat and poultry options like Doro Tibs (chicken), Sega Tibs (beef), and Beg Tibs (lamb). Each entree is paired with a side in a matching portion size (pan size), which can include the same size pan of fresh salads, pure teff injera, or the same size pan fluffy rice.

Tibs catering packages are designed exclusively for takeout and off-site events, making them perfect for gatherings of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate family gathering of 5 to 15 guests, workplace lunches or large-scale private and corporate events, our flexible options are tailored to suit your needs.

Each tibs entrée can be ordered as an individual pack of one-third, half, or full pan sizes. For added variety, additional tibs or vegan stews can be purchased separately, allowing for the creation of customized Ethiopian dishes sampler selections.
