Shiro Watt – is a “puree” dish made from roasted chickpea powder, served with mild split peas, and cabbage stew or tomatoes salad. Shiro is solely served atop of teff Injera, a gluten-free and low-carb flat bread made from 100% pure teff.  Please be sure you have a clear understanding of Shiro before you proceed with your order. It is make to order (a la carte), so allow 15 to 25 minutes.
