Sega Wat (Beef)

Sega Wat – is a rich, slow-cooked Ethiopian beef stew, made with USDA certified Angus beef, cooked with berbere sauce (spicy), onions, peppers and served with cabbage stew and salad served on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
