Sega Tibbs

Lunch Sega Tibbs – Authentic Ethiopian Spicy dish is made with fresh USDA Certified Angus beef meat.  The meat is cooked to perfection between a stir fry and a stew, with deliciously spiced berbere, and other aromatic spices blend; sautéed with tomato, onions, garlic, and bell peppers,  served with side of cabbage stew and salad. The sauce in this dish gets its kick from berbere, an Ethiopian spiced chili powder that be prepared fresh in front of your eyes in our open kitchen.
