Sega Awaze Tibs

Awaze Sega tibs – is a traditional Ethiopian stir-fry dish featuring spicy beef, prepared using cubes of certified Angus beef steak. This dish is sautéed in a flavorful awaze sauce, which is a condiment primarily composed of the bold berbere spice blend, along with onions, peppers, and various herbs. It is served with sides of cabbage stew, and split peas stew / or Salad on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
