Sega Alicha Watt – Mild beef stew, cooked with onions, ginger and garlic, purified butter in light or mild turmeric flavor sauce, served with cabbage stew and salad; served on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
