Sega Alicha Wat (Beef)

Sega Alicha Wat – is a mild and aromatic meat stew, cooked with medley of spices, onions, ginger and garlic, in mild turmeric flavor sauce, seasoned with purified butter in light. It is served on teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
