Lega Sega Tibs – is a tender meat dish, made with USDA certified Angus beef in light sauce, sauteed with onions, tomato, peppers, garlic, herbs and spices; served on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
