Doro Watt is a flavorful, traditional chicken dish featuring organic chicken breast simmered in a spicy sauce and clarified butter, topped with a hard-boiled egg. It comes with a side of cabbage stew and salad, all served over teff Injera—a gluten-free flatbread made entirely from pure teff—accompanied by two additional Injera rolls. If you prefer, the Injera can be replaced with rice and pita.
