Doro Tibs (Chicken)

Doro Tibs – is a sauteed chicken dish made with pieces (cubes) of organic chicken breast, cooked in spicy sauce and purified butter, with side of hard-boiled egg. It is served with side cabbage stew and salad, on over teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
