Doro Tibbs (Chicken)

Doro Tibs – Chicken breast cubes and/or thighs, sauteed in spicy sauce and purified butter, served with side cabbage stew and salad; served on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
