Beg Tibs Dinner – Lamb flavourful dish made with local fresh lamb, locally sourced fresh and organic ingredients, cooked to perfection with onions, herbs, purified butter, spices and Ethiopian clarified butter in light spicy sauce. Beg Tibs (Lamb) is served with side cabbage stew and salad, Yebeg tibs is served on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita.
