Asa Tibs – is a white fish cubes such as tilapia sautéed with onions, peppers, and garlic, in seasoned with butter, and spicy berbere sauce; served on our unique teff Injera, a gluten-free flatbread made from 100% pure teff, along with two extra Injera rolls. Alternatively, you may choose to substitute the Injera with rice and pita. Alternatively, you have the option to replace the Injera with rice and pita.
