Pacific Rim Riesling

Pacific Rim Riesling, Colombia Valley, Washington. The aromas provide plenty of appeal, with notes lime leaf, herb, peach and jasmine. Off-dry-drinking stone-fruit flavors follow. There’s pleasing acidity throughout. — Sean P. Sullivan
This is indeed a sweet wine. The wine also has plenty of acidity, so it has that going for it. Aromas of lemon tarts and 7-Up are a canary in the residual sugar coal mine. Flavors like lemon drop hard candies and a peach margarita continue the theme. The wine is sweet without hitting cloying territory. — Michael Alberty, www.wineenthusiast.com
